Campus Unification Plan
Our core pastors and Board have been praying and meeting for more than a year to determine God’s will regarding the future of the Lewis Rd campus. On Thursday, February 16, 2017, they met and unanimously voted not to exercise our lease option. We have seen the Lord use our Lewis Rd campus in many wonderful ways. Hundreds have gathered every Sunday to worship Jesus and grow in our love for Him. The Bridge, our youth center, has ministered to hundreds of jr high and high school students. Many have been raised up as leaders to use their gifts to advance God’s kingdom. We celebrate the great things God has done at our Lewis Rd Campus. Although we have enjoyed our season of being one church at two campuses, we believe this is where God is leading and we are excited for the plans He has for us.
What does this mean? Beginning Sunday, April 23 (the Sunday after Resurrection Sunday), we will begin having services only at our Mobil Ave campus at 9 am, 11 am & 6:30 pm.
We are looking forward to a greater sense of unity and community as we gather together at one campus. In addition, we will be focus more resources towards global missions, church planting, and performing needed repairs and improvements at our Mobil Ave campus.
Finally, we recognize that there are many emotions resulting from this transition. Please know that we are here for you all if you have questions or want to discuss. We are looking forward to seeing what God has for us in this new season.
